Hight: (Feet and inches)
Weight: (Pounds)
Rank: (only genin or lower at start. One of the admins will let you know when your rank has changed)

Clan: (Cannon clan or personal clan that you made or you don't have a clan)

Chakra Form: ( Does your person use fire, water, earth, lightning, etc. jutsus this will also depend on what type of clan you are from only alowed 1 for genin and lower)

Village: (The village your person is curently living in. More will be added soon)

History: ( Is the past your person has lived full of pain or did they live a good life untouched by pain. You decide)

Looks: (What does your person look like. You may use a picture)

Phisical Description: (Is your person strong, fast, good at chakra control or do they have a large chakra pool)

Hobbies: ( What does your person do in his/her free time)

Goals/Dreams: (What does your person wish to acomplish in his/her life)

Inner Personality: (This is what your person feels like inside, it can be the same as your normal personality or it could be something no one would ever have thought)

Fears/Weaknesses: (What is your person affraid of. And you must have at least 1 weakness such as another element)
